Introductory checkup of your house - by mutual agreement our expert visits you to become familiar with the technologies used in

Measuring the consumption profiles of your house - on mutually agreed nodes of your house electrical system we place our sensors, which records the consumption profile of a given node at a time. For example, sensors can be placed in the cabinet for the electricity supply to the house and measure its total consumption on each of three phases individually or we can measure and compare the consumption of individual electrical circuits at the breaker (can measure up to ten network segments at a time) or we can measure the power consumption of your electric boiler (or heatpump) in time and compare its dependence on outdoor and indoor temperature in the house - look at live measured data of the house heated by heatpump NIBE F2030-7. All these measurements will be arranged individually according to the real situation in your house so that we can use measured data as an additional inputs to our technical reports.
Measuring of real heat loss of your house - part of the project documentation of your house is a theoretical calculation of thermal
insulation characteristics of your house and its projected heat losses based on which was designed the heating system of your
house. Our experience has convinced us that these theoretical calculations of real heat loss of the house is often highly
variable. This is the first reason of high heating costs, when you have an oversized (or vice versa undersized) heat source, so
that works out of their optimal operating mode with low efficiency. Our measurements determined objectively true (ie not just

this long-term measurement will be minimized to a few short visits.
Checking the construction of the house with a infrared camera - in almost every family house are places where the builders left so-called thermal bridges. This concerns mainly the places where the building envelope is broken by a some technological throughput (such as a roof with chimney, look right picture) or by windows, doors etc. Using professional infrared camera FLIR we check all the potential point of heat leakage and based on the measured data and images we determine exactly which places are well made and where some heat loss occurs. Furthermore, we will specify which leakage is normal and acceptable (for example, through windows or ventilation), and where is any fault of thermal insulation envelope and how it can be fixed. We will recommend which fixes implementation is meaningful and when is there a malfunction, the removal of which would not be effective. To make measurement with the infrared camera providing most useful results it must be carried out at the lowest possible outdoor temperatures.
