- provide measurement by infrared camera
- analysis of collected data
On this basis, we set the existing building systems to work together with maximum efficiency and minimal costs. For these services you pay us by one of two ways according to your choice:
Fixed price - part of introductory checkup of your house will be standard price offer for the realization of all these activities at a fixed, pre-agreed price, or
Share of the savings actually achieved - our work will be paid from the money that you save provably in the amount of savings achieved during the first year compared to the precisely measured and agreed baseline. Next years will be the savings achieved fully yours. New technological elements of the house - as a part of the recommended next steps in our analysis may appear suggestions for additions of new features to the existing systems of your house - more effective regulation, heatpumps , solar technology, etc . For each item, the price of proprietary technologies and its supply and installation will be calculated ROI. For all of these new technologies is a rule that you purchase them at the best price obtainable at the moment at the retail market and you will be charged without any uplift at pre-agreed amount.
